General Introduction ( Kindly reminder: Please click back to homepage to know more about comparison of different equipments and service information ) Our company takes the lead in designing and producing the “Kairi” new generation of LDH series coulter mixing machine, which has won the national patent with the license number: 1214294. Since promoted to the market, this machine has been very popular. It keeps all the functions of the first generation and adds more improvement with constant innovation. It applies new patented technology, new process and new material to create quality equipment with high technology, novelty, efficiency, power conservation and unique characters. It is especially suited for mixing of material with high stickiness and moisture.

Ⅰ . Function LDH series coulter mixing machine is a new and high-effective piece of mixing equipment developed by our company. It is widely used for mixing of solid material (between powder), solid and liquid material (powder and liquid) ,wet, dry and concentrated materials in the industries of chemical, medicine, pesticide, plastic, rubber, chemical fertilizer, construction material, additive, food, aginomoto, salt, feed additive, dye, metallurgy and mine.

Ⅲ . Structure and Characteristic
It's mainly composed with revolving part, horizontal cylinder, coulter axle, fly cutter, bleeder valve and hydrojet.
The revolving part is made of electrical machine, cycloidal reducer, coupler and coulter.
The horizontal cylinder is used for taking the material. It has several holes for the material in and out, as well as for the use of observation. The supporter for the coulter shaft is installed on the cover of both ends of the cylinder.
The coulter part is made of coulter, coulter arm and main shaft. The coulter is installed by the arm on the main shaft and made in to Haff structure for the convenience of dismounting.
The flying cutter part composes of flying cutter directly driven by the sub electrical machine and set on the side of the cylinder.
The bleeder valve is installed at the bottom of cylinder used for turnoff and let out of the material.
The hydrojet is installed above the cylinder with agricultural sprayer for better performance. |

Ⅳ . Operating principle
After start up, the coulter will revolve driven by coulter shaft to make the material flowing alongside the cylinder and thrown away along the normal direction of the two sides of the coulter. The material thrown away and flowing, when it flows through the coulter, it will be thrown out heavily by the rotating coulter. Through the processing of coulter and flying cut, the material constantly pile up, spread and mix in very short time with high precision. | For the mixing of solid and liquid material, the liquid will be sprayed equally on the moving material inside the cylinder.

Ⅵ . Lubrication of equipment
• The two bearings on the coulter shaft of the mixing machine apply the MOS2 grease. The reduction box uses 40# machine oil.
• When the mixing machine delivered out of the factory, the reduction box is not filled with oil.
• When the equipment operates normally, the oil level of reduction box shall be checked. The bearings of coulter shaft shall be refueled every season. |
Ⅶ . Installation and usage of the equipment
• The equipment shall be installed horizontally. The installation dimension shall see Chart 2.
• The cycloidal two-speed reducer with electrical machine shall be installed behind the machined and the axiality shall be assured.
• After start up of the equipment, the coulter shall be lag behind the flying cut for 10-15S. After stop, the flying cut shall be 10-15s slower than the coulter.
• After start up, the coulter and flying cut shall rotate according to specific direction, reversal not allowed.
• The material shall be put into through the charging hole and released through the discharging hole. When charging, prevent the differential pressure caused by vacuum.
• During operation, hands shall not be allowed into the machine. When taking out the material, the machine shall be stopped first. When hard sundries bigger than φ5 mixed into the machine, the machine shall be stopped until the sundries cleaned.
• When mixing the solid and liquid material, after charging, the spraying can be stared during the normal operation of the machine. After spraying, mixing can begin according to requirements.
• The operation time is generally 6-8min. Time for special mixing material shall be settled by the clients. |
Ⅷ . Maintenance
• Dismounting: to dismount the cycloidal reducer, coupling, flying cut, bearing pedestal and bearing; to dismount end cap of fuselage, coulter shaft, coulter; to dismount bolt, bleeder valve, then other parts.
• Assembly: clean each part of components and assemble according to the reversed order of dismounting; add lubricant to each bearing in advance then test run.
• During operation, if percussion sound of metal, grating or other unusual sounds are heard inside the machine, stop the machine to examine, then restart.
• If clog found in the spraying device, discharge the sprayer, clean and dredge the pipeline.
Ⅸ . Additional information
• The parameter data of production index shall be different according to the weight of material, time of charging and discharging.
• We can customize products with jacket (for heating and cooling), anti-explosion and continuous charging and discharging. Clients can order according to specific requirements.
• To make sure correct operation, according to the need of customer, we can produce special control cabinet of electrical equipment. If necessary, order can be made separately.
• The instruction book of motor and cycloidal two-speed reducer is not included. Please check the relative instruction of the operating requirement and lubrication condition.
